I don't usually plan an entire itinerary for trips. But I did for this trip to Cuba, because frankly, I was afraid of things going wrong. Itineraries can be a helpful resource upon arrival to a destination. But, like I learned this time, they aren't set in stone. While I adhered to my plan about 60% of the time, I allowed myself to get off the path, explore freely, and experience Havana in a richer way. I'd like to share my itinerary and relevant tips with you so that it might help you or guide your planning. Let me know if you have any feedback or comments.
